Department of Health no longer offering Environmental Health permits at Midway office

Effective immediately, the Florida Department of Health in Santa Rosa County will no longer take applications for Environmental Health permits in the health department's Midway office. The number of requests has declined in the past year and it is no longer cost effective, according to a news release from the department.  Environmental health services will continue to be available at the Milton location at 5527 Stewart Street. For additional information on the Environmental Health program in Santa Rosa County, call 850-983-5275 or visit healthysantarosa.com.
